Voting Integrity Charter
Beauty of Finest Curves · Version of 1 September 2026
The audience crowns the Angel. That only means something if every vote is a real person’s choice. This Charter sets out the rules the House enforces in every Live Contest and how it enforces them.
1. The rule
1.1 One person, one account. One vote per battle per calendar day in the Contest’s time zone. A vote may be changed within the same day; it is final at midnight.
1.2 Votes count only within their round; every round starts at zero.
2. What is prohibited
2.1 Buying or selling votes, or offering anything of value for votes (money, prizes, services, follows, promotion).
2.2 Automated, scripted or bulk voting; vote-exchange groups; the use of bots, emulators, proxies or VPN rotation to defeat the daily limit.
2.3 Creating or controlling multiple accounts; lending or borrowing accounts.
2.4 Interfering with, probing or attempting to manipulate the voting, rating or comment systems.
2.5 Coercing, harassing or defaming contestants, voters or associates to influence votes.
3. How the House enforces it
3.1 Every vote is a timestamped event tied to an account and a device identifier. Anomaly detection flags improbable patterns (velocity, device clustering, geographic impossibility, synchronized bursts).
3.2 Flagged votes are quarantined and reviewed by administration. Votes found invalid are annulled and removed from the public count; the affected contestant is informed where the annulment changes a result.
3.3 The House may suspend voting or rating on a specific contestant or photograph during a review (“Close Vote”, “Close Rating”) and reinstate it afterwards. Suspensions are visible on the battle page and recorded in the audit log.
3.4 Where a breach is attributable to a contestant or persons acting for her, the House may disqualify her; the next contestant in rank advances. Users involved are blocked.
3.5 Round results become final at the round end after the integrity review. The House publishes the winner of each battle and the final vote counts.
4. Reporting
4.1 Anyone may report suspected manipulation or abusive behaviour to privacy.bofc@misscurvy.com or via the report controls available to MissCurvy Associates. Reports are confidential and reviewed within two working days.
5. Transparency
5.1 Each Contest page shows the round windows, the time zone, the daily vote rule and any active suspension. Aggregate integrity statistics (votes annulled, accounts blocked) are published in the season report.
