Media Release
Beauty of Finest Curves · Version of 1 September 2026
This Media Release (the “Release”) is granted by every applicant to the contest Beauty of Finest Curves at the moment of submitting the Apply to Contest form. It covers the photographs, films and written story you submit, and any photographs and films produced for you by a House photographer during the season.
1. What you grant
1.1 A non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, edit for format and publish the Media on MissCurvy.com, the House’s social channels and in sponsor placements shown alongside the Contest.
1.2 The licence covers the season you apply to (application window to Winner Date) and the permanent archive of that season (Curvy Angels, Best Photography, closed-season Live Contest pages).
1.3 The House may credit the photographer and show your contest name and ID with the Media. Your legal name, contact details and measurements are never published.
2. What stays yours
2.1 You keep ownership of Media you submitted. House-produced Media is owned by the House with the photographer credited.
2.2 The House will not sell your Media, licence it to third parties outside the Contest, or use it to endorse a product without a separate written agreement.
2.3 No alteration of body shape, proportion or skin texture is made to your Media; colour and crop for format are permitted.
3. Withdrawal
3.1 You may withdraw this Release in writing at any time. Withdrawal applies to future use only: Media already published in a closed season’s archive, or already printed or broadcast by sponsors, is not recalled.
3.2 Withdrawal during an open season ends your participation in that season.
4. Versioning
4.1 The version and timestamp of the Release you accepted are stored with your application and shown in your Application Folder. A newer version never applies to an earlier application.
